Take for example the D.A.S and SHO range of shoes, the soles are made from the softest compound rubber available anywhere. The advantage of this compound is quite simply- GRIP! Its not rocket science and to get a better idea you should think of formula one racing. In this sports, the softer the compound, the more grip you get. However, the downside can be durability. That is why we spent nearly 12 months in research to establish exactly the right formula which gives the player the desired grip AND durabilty.
