By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms And Conditions which together shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Inflight Sports.

Inflight Sports reserves the right to alter or amend the Product Terms and Conditions at any time without notification to you. Specifically Inflight Sports can amend, discontinue or remove content displayed on the Website, including product and service information or specification on the Website, without liability.

Orders

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

Prices

Goods are invoiced in pounds () sterling at the price prevailing at the time you place your order. Prices are expressed inclusive of Value Added Tax ("VAT") which will be charged at the current rate as shown on the on-line order form and are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges will be added to the price of the goods purchased so that the on-line order form shows the total charges which we will debit. We are under no obligation to supply any product that is priced incorrectly.

Returns policy

All products on clearance cannot be exchanged or returned.

You can however exchange any other Inflight product if you notify us within 5 days. We cannot however offer a full refund.

If you received a product that you consider to be substandard or faulty and you wish to return for exchange, repair or modification, please notify Inflight Sports Ltd by some traceable means within 5 working days from receipt. If notification has not been received within the said time Inflight Sports Ltd cannot reimburse any return shipping cost you may incur.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Rackets damaged by any accidental use cannot be replaced by Inflight Sports Ltd free of charge. Clothing equipment and footwear returned due to a poor fit, or not required, will be exchanged. Unless product is faulty or sent in error we are unable to refund any return postal costs or/and send a replacement free of charge. Personalized goods can not be exchanged or returned.

To register with Inflight Sports website you must be over 18 years of age. Each registration is for single use only.
